Hello up for your consideration is a Super Rare Civil War Era Image of John Wilkes Booth. I am not sure if this is a Ambrotype or Tintype. I am not that experienced to tell but it is sealed in the case and someone has added blue color to the background. I am leaning toward Ambrotype because it is so very clear but still not sure so know this before you bid. It is GUARANTEED 19th century! As you all know from your history books John Wilkes Booth was the man who killed President Lincoln. I have been researching this since purchasing it and can find NO other image like it. Look at the photo carefully and you can see it is him right down to the same cane that is seen in all the Famous well know photos of him. Look at that outfit and hat. the way he is looking away from the camera. His hand up at his face. Someone is going to enjoy the WOW factor when they clean this up and put it on display. I have not spent any time trying to recondition the existing materials but they are in great condition. a few small nicks here and there. the material looks like it will clean up but I don't want to try anything and wreck it. The Deep red marbleized vinyl upholstery isoriginal. It only shows light wear from its many decades of use. The table top has aclassic mid century patterned reddish Yellow Formica on top. no staining or nicks. the piece is wrapped with a flawless cool aluminum extrusion trim and steel base with thick copper baseplate that is chrome polished. It seems as strong as it would have been when it was manufactured. wood base show no aging signs or water stains at all! There a few dings and a couple of broken clips but that's about it. It has three plastic housing units to transport the kit around to different trade shows. Shhhhhhhh, it’s our secret. It was easy to assemble by myself. I just followed the instructions. I was even working with an uneven floor. No tears. Stains or damage to be concerned about on the display. The cases have wheels for easy transportation. There is a crack on the edge of one of the storage cases. But it doesn’t affect anything. I taped over it with Gorilla Tape. The straps and buckles on the cases are in great shape. In the picture it looks like a light set is missing. ... moreBut actually it is only supposed to have 3, so they are all there. The ceramic casing was missing on one of the lights and I covered it with Gorilla tape so it wouldn’t be a shock hazard. This display has a header that the manufacturer outfits with custom signage with your logo. The lights go behind the header. I have the header frame. It is two piece and it looks like one of the bars that hold it together is missing. It would be simple to rig something up for that though. This is the 4' x 6' no ventulation) Whisper Room model MDL 4872SNV. I've added additional Auralex bass traps( Metro LENRDs) because I think they help improve the sound. The bass traps are orange; you can see them in the photos. This booth is great for recording vocals. Voice over talent, or instruments like guitar. I purchased the booth in 2010 for over $4.000(including the added foam) and have kept in a pet-free, smoke-free home studio. I've treated it very gently and believe it to be in like-new condition. Crafts Booth Light Bar Support
3 expandable poles make up the light bar that will reach across a 6' 12' space. Forming an inverted U shape you can attach lights in any location to hang over and light up your tables. Walls, corners, wherever you want them. The two standards screw securely into 2 15" steal base plates, the plates have a central threaded hole and one on one side to offset the uprights to fit next to tables, etc. Plates are black. 15" x 1.5" and 21# Poles are brushed chrome 6' x 4" x 4" shipping total) and 8# I used duct tape to secure track lighting to the poles so there is a little residue on them. The cross bar hooks into slots in the uprights which are very secure. Tubing is lightweight steel. Not aluminum.
