For Auction is one used Bodine AHS-400 DC Motor Speed Controller. I have fully tested and inspected this unit including the internal components. It was used with a right angle Bodine DC motor 1/8 HP 60:1 ratio. All functions work great. Both forward, reverse and brake knob and speed control work with no problems. I removed the cover and fully inspected the unit. I had to replace the 120VAC neon power on light. Everything else was in very good condition. All resistors and capacitors are in excellent condition. All connectors inside are intact and tight. The unit is 100% operational and I guarantee it to be free from any defects. I do not sell Junk. Bodine Electric Company DC Motor Control Model No. 855 and Motor 1/3 HP?? Broken
I got this off of craigslist and it worked when I got it. Light on the controller works intermittently. Not sure if the short is in the motor or what. The motor worked intermittently before it quit all together. I tried to troubleshoot it and ended up arcing some AC with a screwdriver on one of the internal switches. Kind of scary and since I'm obviously an electronics idiot ill let someone else fix it. I don't think the arc damaged anything. But as I said, I am an idiot. The motor will not come on as of now and I really don't know if the issue is the motor or the controller or the connection between them. Happy bidding. This is as is for parts, no returns.
