these are USED- the outer speaker housing is included as well as the c803 speaker- some may or may not have the hanging chain and the chains may vary from each unit- 8" for sure and 13 5/8" around with the housing- I hate to give specifics on these for I only find other models and not just a plan c803- Ask other questions you have! shoes are sold on consignment so i have to go by the sellers asking price. i do understand shipping costs are high now and i do go by the post office prices. for heavy items please send your zip code and i can check for a cheaper rate through fedex. i ship mon-fri.
