One day he decided to use it in a project. But there were problems. It powers on okay but the power switch and other switches are very sluggish and needed cleaning. More importantly, the pulse output is very erratic and cannot be adjusted correctly for frequency or pulse width. There is probably a circuit problem with some of the transistor devices.
