HP quality built generator with internal/ external AM. FM. This unit has built-in options 001- high stability time base option( 1 x 10 to-9 in 45 days) and 003 Pulse modulation option. The specifications are given up to + 7dBm output in the range of 100 kHz to 2060 MHz. However the amplitude can be over ranged to + 17dBm and frequency down ranged to 10 kHz, with specifications moving out of tolerances toward the limits. I tested the functionality of this unit- passed all the tests OK. I tested specifications within the limits of my test equipment; my performance check was limited to the range of 1 GHz, all the tests I could do the results were within ... moretolerances.
