Antique 42" Child (Girl) Mannequin
Antique child girl 42" mannequin. I had purchased her years ago from an old sewing factory. On her back there is a label that reads copyrighted by American Fixture Mfg. Co. but no year. Her arms have the number 4407 on them My guess is she is from the 20's or earlier. She has the metal stand with the attatchment that goes into her back leg. Her arms detatch and then hang back in the metal arm holes. The rest of the item is one piece. She has painted eyes not glass. As you can see she is not in the greatest condition but still makes a nice vintage display. I used her at my antique shop and now have moved to a smaller space and have no room. She has a area on top of her head as well as an area on her back where the outer SKIN is missing. On her left arm there is a hole. Vintage child mannequin with stand. The child is about 30 1/2" long and when the child is attached to the stand it's approx 32" high. The weight of the whole piece. Unboxed, is 10 lb, 2 oz. The base comes apart(helps with storage and shipping) and is 9" square.it is made of iron and quite sturdy. The child is covered with a stretchy, thick cotton type material that should be easy to clean. Not exactly sure what the head is made of.it's not plastic.feels like a kind of composition perhaps. Overall condition is quite good. The body covering has what I believe is light soil in a few places. The head is good but has a few light scuffs to the painted finish and there's one crack.it is a partial crack and the material has not broken off- see the last photo(so you will be able to stabilize the crack if you wish- if it ... morewere me I would apply some clear glue or something so the cracked piece wouldn't break off.just a thought) I believe this may be from the 1970s or'80s. Offering this very old. Child size mannequin in extremely nice condition. She stands approximately 4'11" and includes the old metal stand. She is stamped on the top of her head and the bottom of her back"G243" I cannot find any other markings or manufacture name. Purchased from an antique store that just kept her displayed for years. She is made of some kind of composite, not plastic, and is pretty heavy. The body from head to toe is one piece, excluding the arms and hands which fasten or lock together with a metal fitting. I've never seen one made like this- but I would imagine she is quite collectible. Included is the stand and wig and old dress if you like. There are a few scuffs on her but no breaks. Various fading in the bodice. Otherwise PERFECT! Metal Zipper. The deco clasp at the bodice is just clipped on and can be easily removed if you like. As is the dress also not attached to the body of the dress form. The Dress form itself is vintage and made of styrofoam. I created the coloring on the form. Which is vintage greens with a gold rub. The base is a Vintage Cast Iron Deco lamp base which is gold gilt.YUMMY! I combined the base with other lamp parts to create the stand. Vintage Linen Lower Torso Child Mannequin-Little Butts!!-CUTIES!!
This little"mannie" piece is covered with linen. It measures about 8" tall. It is machine sewn in portions and hand sewn in others. It has straight pins in strategic places holding the linen to the core. The close-up shows the adhesive that was used on the legs. These are the only ones like this I have come upon. This one has no hook-there is a small hole in the top for one. I have been told these were from the 40's. 50's era. Definitely vintage but I cannot swear exactly what years. I think they would be excellent to display hand made panties, or even beautiful brooches. Some have hooks, others do not. Be creative! We do suggest insurance for purchase $10. Vintage Child Fiberglass Half Mannequin There is a screw hole on top of the neck to screw a head piece in Measures 22" overall height 11" across the shoulders 6" up the legs 3" arms Chest 23" Waist 19 1/2" 24" around hips This is a vintage item. There are some chips/cracks and a small hole around one of the legs- see the last picture, there is a small crack on one of the arms and a couple of paint chips off the other. There is some marks here and there on the body, there is small black mark on the chest, I didn't try to scrub this mannequin down and it probably could use a good bath but I'll let the new owner do that Check out my! Kids size which are approx 38" tall(only 3 are pictured, but 4 are included) and, 5 toddler size which are approx 18" tall. These are in decent shape, they may need a bit of cleaning due from transport ect. One of the kid size has a 2" tear in the fabric at the back of the knee area. There are a couple of small tears on some of the others, but nothing that cant be fixed or hidden once dressed. These were originally purchased for over $1400.00. I just find the stuff it's your job to figure out what you're going to do with it. In excellent condition it has a dimple dent on the lower left leg front edge as the only defect. It stands 39 1/2" tall and will adjust up and down. The torso is 26 1/2" tall with a 25" waist and 16" wide at the shoulders. The body is hard plastic with a cloth covering. Vintage child mannequin. Very nice face. Coloring and"skin" finish. Sits easily on his own and is 20" tall. Weight is 8 lb, 1 oz. unboxed. This boy mannequin is stationary in the sitting position. Good solid display piece but has problems(see"condition" below)very good piece for repair, leavc it the same and disguise damage with clothes, or use for parts. The arm is very easy to take off and put back on, enabling you to change clothes easily. The legs are jointed but I did not try to remove them. He wears new looking"Teeny Toes" shoes. This little boy mannequin may be from the'80s. I include the last photo with another mannequin to show size comparison. Condition is fair. I can't find a lot of info on this doll/mannequin. Its sporting Osh Kosh B'Gosh clothing(the genuine article) so i'm thinking it was a display piece for that product in a childs store but can't be 100% sure about that, i bought it for my wife but she was creeped out by it so I have to get rid of it now, its a very interesting piece, its about 32" tall and weighs approximately 6 to 7 lbs, the clothes and shoes are real but you can't take them off, the body and legs seem to be made of wood(can't see it but i can feel it) the arms seem to be made of wire and cloth and the head seems to be made of cloth with a paper type filling

They have a metal shank on the back of the neck for adding sign holders. They are made of heavy duty molded styrofoam and weigh less than 3 pounds a piece. Vintage 36" Walker Doll. Can also be used as a mannequin. She makes a stunning. Eye-catching display! Fits child size 4. There are no broken body parts. No stains or markings on the body. As with all walker dolls of this era the face seems to be a slight lighter shade and the head made of a little heavier plastic. It's part of the charm. She is in very good condition for a vintage doll. The left leg seems to move easier than the right leg when you hold her hands and walk with her. Four piece clothing outfit included. As far as I can remember this is the original clothing that came with the doll. The only part missing is the underpants. I removed the clothing to hand wash it before I put her up for sale and the underpants were damaged.
