DC Comics BATMAN NO. 179 March. 1966, 12 CENTS Comic is in overall fine condition for its age. I am not a comic book professional. My rating system is 1-5. 5 being the best. Front cover 4. The color is bright and vivid. The cover shows very limited worn areas and frayed areas around the edges, the bottom staple has been sperated from the binding. Back cover 3 Nice color. Interior pages are a supple cream to off white. The spine is stress free. The cover's surface is bright, glossy and indentation free. There is just some minor general wear/blunting with some abrasion/colour chipping to right hand corners. Here it is! The 1st appearance of Hal Jordan Green Lantern. Showcase#22. THis is a highly sought after comic. This is in great shape. I dont pretend to be a professional grader so please look at the pictures. The one big flaw I see is someone decided to put this comic in a ring binder so they punched 2 holes through it. Other than that I think this comic is in great shape. It is difficult to find this comic in good shape. A great way to own a piece of history.
