This is a Vintage 1950's Half Scale Dress Form Mannequin Iron Stand Adjustable Sewing. We are cleaning out our Parent's estate and you are getting this just as we found it stored. So it might need a light cleaning. The torso measures 34" tall to top of knob, 12" shoulders across the front, 23" waist around and 32" bust around. This is adjustable, but we have no idea how it works. It looks like loosen some screw inside and expand to where you need it and retighten the screws. The fabric is showing some wear with a couple of small holes and need to be reattached on small section on the side. The base stand is adjustable up and down. Don't let the word"paper" worry or fool you- Lowell is strong. The base is made of wood, and a stainless steel rod holds the torso. The top(at the neckline) is wood painted black. I believe the cover fabric is nylon. There are three holes in the cover fabric on back, and one hole on the front. The largest one is on the front and it is approx. 1/4" in diameter. Lowell can be anywhere from 4 1/2 feet tall to just under 6 feet tall. The height is very easy to adjust by tightening a wing nut- no tools required. To adjust the height. It is small. About 34 inches tall including the stand. About 6 Inches wide at the widest point. Overall good condition. The only real issue is there is a rattling somewhere in the body. Well constructed, stiff metal frame that is bendable so you can position this pretty much anyway you want. Has a few holes in the cloth(see the pix pls) and some minor smudges here and there(see pix) but really in pretty nice condition.
