This is a very cool original singer mannequin with interesting story. It is made of polyurethane foam and is designed to have the dress form cover pinned and adjusted on the woman that whas either making or getting cloths made for her. The dress form could use a cleaning but I am not gonna take any chances. I believe it should be hand cleaned slowly so nothing happens to it. But I do need to mention it is not been cleaned in decades. Other than that I have teh original paperwork to go with this and tells the story of how it works. This dress form mannequin is probably from the 1950s– 1960s There are many separate places to adjust: chest. Bust, mid-section, shoulders, waist. The fabric is in good condition– there are some frays here and there and discolor as well. The inside metal adjustments have some rust but the wing nuts/screws do turn enabling you to expand and contract different parts of the form. Some of these metal sliders do have some bend. It comes on a cast metal adjustable stand. There is some rusting on the pole. The previous owner sanded and painted the leg base– that looks pretty good! As shown in the photos. Old Wire Cage Bottom Dress Form This is an awesome old dress form with a wire cage bottom. I was told that it dates back to the late 1800's by its previous owner but can't confirm this since there are no manufacturer marks present. As you can see. She will need to be recovered in some fashion. There is no stand included with this, but it does stand up on its own in a stable manner. I have this displayed in some of the photos with the base from an old floor lamp to add some height. Something like this would work well if you just planned on displaying it, but I don't think it would be stable enough if you plan on using it functionally. Although the linen and batting is for the most part missing or worn this dress form is still in solid condition. Unique Vintage Antique Wire & Wood Dress Form - Mannequin on aTurned Wood Base
This is an antique dress form or mannequin made of wire on a turned wood base. The shoulders are wood with a wood dowel down the middle that fits into the base. There are wire loops in the top of the turned part and also on the base for strings to hold the wire form in place. At one time it was covered in burlap. It is 58" tall. The base is about 21" tall and 16" wide. The wire form is 16" by 14" across the bottom, 13" by 10" at the waist, and 14" by 11" at the bust. It is 15" wide at the shoulders.

You are bidding on a Mannequin Dress Maker form on a full size stand. This form was designed by the Ralph Lauren group for JC Penney's American Living Brand. The FORM measures 27.5 inches from the top of the decorative neck block to the bottom of the form. Measurements of the form are: Bust = 32 inches/Waist = 24.5 inches/ Hips = 33 inches. The form is detachable from the metal stand. The STAND measures 49 inches tall and the base is 18x18 inches. In total. The Dress Maker form can be raised to a height of 72 inches. Antique 1890's 1900's Victorian Edwardian Dress Form Mannequin Cast Iron Wheels
This is a fabulous antique dress form/mannequin. Who is a perfect Size 6. The dress form is from the 1890's to early 1900's, during the Victorian to Edwardian era. The top is made of molded cardboard set on a cast iron stand with wheels. It measures approx. 57" high, 55" around the wheel base, 35" around at the shoulders, 34" around the bust, 25" around the waist, and 38" around the hips. I think at one point, there was cloth that covered the corrugated paper mache form, but that no longer exists. It's base is a cast iron pole and wood section. She is at least 100 years old and still in very good shape, just needs one of the wood wheels replaced, as it is no longer there.
