This is a vintage Art Deco period department store display stand. It has a weighted iron base and measures 14" wide at the top with a 4" diameter base and adjusts from aprox. 20" to 32" in height. There is some corrosion or rust to the chrome finish. Chrome polish may help to renew the finish some. It will be disassembled for shipping purposes and can be easily put back together.
