Has cable connection for float switch recovery tank. Pumps do come on, system has remained sealed with 25psi R22 still in system to keep moisture out. Has a removable filter/dryer included. To my knowledge the system is in perfect working order although I have not used it to perform service on equipment(everything kept running after I got this. Unit is very heavy. It could be shipped, but it really shouldn't be shipped as the cost will be prohibitive.
