RIDGID SEESNAKE SEWER CAMERA Selling a Ridgid black and white reel and monitor with VHS recording sewer camera with remote that is well taken care of. Everything is fully functional except the remote which I could not get to work but will be included. The monitor serial number is 46-002786 and the screen has no chips or scratches in it and shows very clear images. All the feet. Handle and tilt bar are intact with the left bottom tab missing on the tilt bar and the cord holder showing a break but is fully functional. The Sonde feature in the monitor is fully functional sending a signal to the locator device in the head of the camera to be picked up by a locator device(sold separately) that shows the area and depth of the camera head. All the brightness/contrast/sound/microphone/flip button/vertical and horizontal hold along with the VCR features ... moreare fully functional. The reel serial number is 21-18862 and is in great shape with no damage to the cable or internal breaks with a full length of 160 feet. The count/display features work properly with the monitor showing distance. Date and time. Fiber optic camera lens is clear and scratch free. A countIR operator’s manual printed from the Ridgid website will be included along with the receipt of repairs done by Ridgid Tool. The monitor head has been reconditioned and a female bulkhead replaced along with a new GFCI plug. The reel push cord is 160 feet because of an internal ground wire break in the fiber optic cord. This is common and is not known in other camera reels until it is tested by a RIDGID authorized repair facility like this camera/reel was. A new re-term and cord assembly was installed in the camera head. Tested then sealed properly by the factory. The cost of repairs are over $900.00 that the new owner will not have to deal with. In its day this sewer camera and reel combo had a value of $7.000.00 and many cameras being sold on eBay have missing parts, chargers or batteries.
