It is a CAT 3535 Pump and 20HP Electric Motor. We have not tested either one. But both looks physically okay. Let us know if you are interested in any of these. Up for auction is this used Mark VII Car Wash Aqua-Jet SCR w/ Vortex Blowers. The car wash was removed in working condition. At least I was told that. I don't know what may have been broken in disassembly and moving. It was disassembled by the professional installers. I don't know if they drained the water from it after unhooking. There is a decent bit of corrosion on it and some decent rust in some areas. There isn't a key included. But the switch turns without a key. I took a look inside of the ... moremain control box on the back of the left side. It appears to be overall in pretty decent condition. There were a few wires disconnected and a few parts laying inside. I also notice a little rust along the bottom where the wires run in. No major damage. For the main unit. There is what looks to be a broken/rust pipe at the front of the right side of the car wash. What is left of the pipe is quite rusted and falling apart. Also included are the rails that the car wash moves on as well as the vortex blowers that dry the car off. This 3/4 HP Motor is attached to a pump that leaks. In the one photo the spot where it leaks is circled in marker on the propeller housing. This froze this year even though it was winterized. When we fired it up. It ran and got up to pressure but it spewed water from a hairline fracture not visible to the naked eye. Maybe it could be fixed with JB weld, I don't know. This was for a vacation home where the residents are not there for lengths of time, so they wanted it replaced. The pressure switch is included and believed to work, but not sure, we shut it off as soon as it began to leak(around 45 PSI) It is Craftsman branded. But the motor is manufactured by A.O. Smith Corp and has the same 5" center to center pump bolt mounting that Flotec Pumps have. Used but working GOULDS Shallow Well Jet Pump Series 6179. Pump model CEP70ABN Motor Model C48J2DB11C3. 8.6 amps@ 110Volt/ 4.0 Amps@ 220 Volt(Single Phase) 3450 RPM. Removed from my own house where it has worked without fail for us for over 12 years. Just me& my wife live here and the old lady we bought the house from lived alone. So it hasnt been running constantly and still has plenty of good life in it. Not sure how old it is but the owner of the well company that did our new well said he personally installed it for the previous owner and did all the service& maintenance until we moved in and said it was good to resell. We needed to dig a new 250 foot deep well so this couldnt be reused here or it would still be in service. The rust stains you see are from a leaking pressure gauge which had a pinhole leak in the bottom so it wasnt ... morenoticed for a while. Although it caused some significant staining, it did NOT cause any damage to the motor or pump and the rust is only superficial. The pump, motor and all components are NOT affected by the rust stains. Comes with Square D Pumptrol which is also working properly. The pix show it well and it hasnt been cleaned up to look better than what it is. Only the threads have been cleaned with a Dremel wire wheel to remove the teflon and pipe dope so you could see they arent stripped or rusted out. The well water was tested several times over the last 10 years and it was always netural so there shouldnt be any pitting or scale build up inside the pump caused by high or low pH water. I also had a pleated fabric 1 micron filter on the system(directly after the pump) and it was never rusty or unusually dirty from sediment in the well and only needed replacing about 1X a year. Its been out of service for several months so its completely dry inside; you should flush it out before connecting it to your system just in case there is any loose flakes of dry stuff inside.
