ARAYA Old School BMX bike front wheel, 7L(?) rim, Sansin hub, silver
You are bidding on a used old school BMX bike front wheel from the early to mid 1980's. silver Araya rim. I believe it is a 7L but I am not positive. Rim is in OK shape, has some dings and scratches around the sidewall as can be seen in the photos. Rim runs pretty true, it is out about 1/8 of an inch at the most in a couple of spots, laterally and vertically. Silver SE Sansin hub feels ok, could definitely be repacked but the flanges look great and the axle seems to be straight. No axle nuts. Spokes have some pitting in the chrome but they are not bent, and the spoke nipples turn pretty freely. Definitely a usable rim! For bid is an original Zipp 404 rear hub with some use. Item has seen some miles but is still buttery smooth and ready to be built up for your next project. I believe this is a 188 model. Standard spacing. This hub was originally paired with a 404 rear wheel but was replaced so a power meter could be added to the wheel. Hub has about 1500 miles on it so it has much life yet to give. I have a front Mavic Mach2 Cd2 32 hole wheel with Campagnolo hub(Veloce i think) and a matching rim for sale. They would be in early eighties era. The rims are in good condition with only a few minor scratches on them. And whoever rode them did little braking as the brake surfaces are almost perfect. They are tubular and i dare guess the old tyres i removed(perished but not worn out) would have been the original tyres. Velocity Blunt sl 29er xt hub rear 32
I used this wheel for about a month while I was in between wheelsets. The wheel is in good shape and has lots of life left in it the only thing is the chain did wedge between the spokes and sprockets tweeking a couple of spokes and scraping the others. The worse case you will need to replace one or two spokes down the road but I think it will hold up for all practical purposes. If you are looking for a 29er wheel and don't want to invest a lot of money this should be the ticket. The skewer is included and has never been used. 6 bolt disc 9/10 speed cassette and 32 DT competition spokes.

We have this Arnold Schwinn bicycle front hub or brake drum with the hard to find pork chop brake shoes.This came to me in pieces on trade. I think it was so rusted inside that it wouldn't come apart without grinding top pin on lever arm. It will work again with some help. Not sure if all pieces are here or not. I do not see any bearings. You get everything in pictures some nuts and parts may not even go to it. you get what I got. The axle looks mushroom beaten on one end.Has 36 holes for 26 inch wheel. This hub is good condition on outside. Inside is very rusted chrome is very nice only small spots of missing chrome.Will look and work great on Whizzer or any bicycle. Thanks.

American Classic aluminum sealed bearing hub. DT Swiss bladed spokes. I'm not 100% on the make of the rim but I believe it is a Mavic. It should look pretty good after it's taken apart. Cleaned, and shined up nice. Reckon I'll never know for sure though, cuz i aint doin it. I forgot to include the(4) brackets. Bolts, and nutz, and chain in pics, however, they are included. Trike are no good in the northeast. Cuz our sidewalks are narrow, breakdown lanes are narrower, and bike lanes are non existent. and it snows half the time, and it's cold as frosty the snowmans balls two thirds of it. thats why most of the older trikes you see for sale on Ebay are in Pa.
