Came out of a plant that recently closed. It is wired for 440-480 volt 3 phase. One of the motors does have a repair as seen in the picture. This does not affect the performance of the motor- only cosmetics. Buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for freight. I will palletize and load free of charge.
