Up for auction and from Wewoka St Pawn of Oklahoma we have a Vintage Men's Masonic Shriner's Officers Apron. This is an old apron that is a one piece leather hide with a long cloth tie string. The Apron is 11 1/2" tall and 13 3/4" wide. It is an off white and needs a good cleaning. The ink stamp on the back reads: Ihling Bros. Everard Co. Regalia Kalamazoo Mich.We have also included the plastic bag it came in. I do have the Leather Apron Carring Case and an embroidery PM Blue apron on another auction. This is pre-owned but I would consider it to be in good condition. I find no rips or tears however it does need to be cleaned. This was owned by an elder gentleman who was a Shriner. Here is a very nice item for your bidding pleasure. It is a African leather and beaded apron and is in great antique condition. It measures 12" by 7" This is from a very extensive collection of African artifacts. The person that created this collection lived in Africa in the fifties and use to hire people to go the surrounding areas and tribes and purchased items right from the original owners. He was very wealthy so money was no object and his desire to own these artifacts got alittle out of hand. I'm sure that there is well over 2000 pieces. I was fortunate to get several pieces to try to sell on ebay. Each piece has a ledger number and thus a description of each piece so that is what I am going by. The item was acquired from the estate of the original owner and it is in used condition. The pouch is imprinted with gilt lettering noting the original owner's name, the name and number of the lodge and the Masonic symbol. The pouch is in good condition with wear consistent with age and use. The apron has a white leather front trimmed in gold silk moire panels. The front is further adorned with three silk moire rosettes and a pair of ornate silver"buckles" with heavy dangling chains. The apron has a pale green/blue fabric lining. There's some soiling on the silk moire and soiling, stains and splits and fraying on the green/blue lining. ... moreThe buckles/chains have darkened with its antique age and use.
