Torch head used for pipe sweating or brazing. All brass. Stamped"POL-10. Distance between opposite jet openings is 2.75" so this probably works well for pipes up to 1.5" Larger pipes? I'm not sure. The threaded connection is approximately 0.5" diameter. There appears to be a bronze filter inside the connection. I've never used this. It seems to be in good condition. Perhaps even unused, stored for at least a decade.
