It does have the paper tags shown in pictures(that can be removed) but it does not have any written marks or it or any sign of ware. Also we opened and inspected and it looks in unused shape as shown. After that we tested the probe for impedance in our scopemeter and it marked 1112 M OHM; then we measure our outlet voltage and have a clear signal(and very accurate) as shown.
