I break down the motor to check the teeth on g ears one. Two and three along with new bru shes. I inspect the sha ft. Bearings, te eth on chuck gea r and teeth on chuck jaws. Centering pins are often bad and replaced. I replace any arms or bars that are bent. There are no chips on dies. All foot pe dals included and new cords if brittle or bad. I have a Ridgid 300 compact for sale with accessories. This comes with the attachments pictured. I don't know a lot about this tool since I aquired it from a business closing. It does seem to function fully in forward and reverse but please see pictures for details. The switch on the machine is missing the faceplate and knob that turns it on/off. Forward, and reverse. You can buy an entire switch assembly for $80 but it doesn't need the whole assembly, only the knob from what I can tell. Also, it comes with the stand but as we were taking photos, a hydraulic cylinder blew and it collapsed. This will need repaired. Also when trying to position it on the stand, it looked like the previous business owner substituted a different cross member on the front of the stand. I could not figure out how the was supposed to attach to the machine. ... moreThe pedal works as it should. It does come with an extra 811a die but no teeth in the spare. This machine does have a built in oiler along with clean out trays. One tray has a cracked handle but doesn't affect its functionality. Extremely nice Ridgid 141 geared pipe threader. And accessories. The threader has seen very little use, and is like new. The dies are perfect with no chips or broked teeth. The threader operated easily and smoothly. Also included is the square drive adapter for use with a Ridgid 700 pony. It also is like new with the original set screws. The square head socket wrench is included to tighten the threader onto the pipe. A Ridgid heavy plastic oil bucket is included, and pumps oil well. The plastic buckets are nice because they will not rust. In addition I am including a Ridgid#460 Tristand vise, again in like new condition with a nice chain to clamp 1/8" to 6" pipe. The leg chain and hook are intact to make carrying the vise a breeze. Hello and thank you for looking at my sale. This is a complete pipe cutting and threading tool set from 1/2" iron pipe to 1-1/2" iron pipe. The Power vice has a switch on the side of the machine for Forward-off-Reverse. The motor is controlled by a detachable foot peddle. The plug connection for the foot peddle has a twist lock connection so that it can not be improperly connected to your power source.
