Spacelabs 522 Patient Monitor ECG, BP, Temp, with 551 Printer, Manual - WORKS!
This monitor seems to be working well. As shown. It passes the power-on self-test. I also tested it on myself(see photos) but did not have the proper leadwires or pinout for the connector, so the traces shown may not correspond to any of the normal lead configurations. I believe that it does show that the unit is functional, however. There is one shot that shows the result of repeatedly pressing the 1 mV"test" button. I could not test the blood pressure portion of the machine because I don't have probes. The thermal printer works, and prints from the galvanometer pen and the alphanumerical head. However, the printing is light. I think this may be because the paper is quite old. The machine has some scratches. Dings, and label/marker residue as shown in photos. The rear plastic bezel has some breaks as shown in the photos.
