Looks like a cleaning solution got on the inside of the outside plastic layer of screen where it could not be wiped off. Left a cloudy effect. Inconsistent on boot up: got repeating self-test. Self-test complete without going to a ready screen. Upon reboot, and most of the time, goes to Touchscreen Diagnostic Screen with an error message: Touchscreen diagnostic error(s) occurred. Screen possibly obstructed. See picture.
