Not sure exactly what that corresponds to in the way of test tube volume. There were some 30ml tubes in the same box. They are too big for it. So I would guess maybe 15ml. 20ml tops? These handwired amps have been a well-kept secret for years- allegedly the design is based on a Marshall Plexi. Lyman Cutts Compensator with modified tube 12 ga.
Up for auction is a used 12 gauge cutts compensator complete with choke tube. The tube is marked M.C. 725. Or modified choke. As seen in the photos, there is about a inch and a half of barrel left attached to the compensator which should help in removal for reuse. The threads on the tube and compensator are in very good condition and the tube screws in and out easily. This sale is for a vintage 1950's era Zenith Model C519 W AM Tube Radio and Alarm Clock. The radio works well. I was able to tune in several AM stations. When I plugged it in. The clock started to run right away. The only unknown is the Alarm. I did not take the time to figure that out. This radio comes from an estate auction at a barn. It is a little dirty. I wiped it down with a piece of cloth and most of the dirt came off. If you really took the time to clean it up, this would be a nice looking, working vintage radio.
