1911 general fireproffing co cabinet. buyer must pick up. Cabinet has wonderfull brass handles and plates. The General Fireproofing Company(GF) was founded in 1902 in Youngstown. Ohio as a manufacturer of building materials. During the panic of 1907, when all building practically ceased, the company decided to emphasize their line steel office furniture. GF's first 4-drawer steel vertical file was built in 1910, and their first fireproof safe was introduced in 1912. During World War II. GF ceased production of all its regular products in order to manufacture aircraft parts. After VJ Day, almost the entire plant had to be converted back to the manufacture of furniture, and by 1946 the company was producing the same volume they were in 1938. From top to bottom it measures 23" and from armpit seam to armpit seam, it also measures 23" This would be a great jacket to keep you warm in your ice shanty or out hunting. Since it already shows signs of use you wouldn't have to be overly concerned about getting it dirty, but it would keep you very warm!

Boston was the most widely used device in early 20th century American drug stores for the preparation of cachets. The device came in a large wooden box with directions on the underside of lid. The apparatus consisted of the main nickel mold, funnels, tampers, water pan and roller. The box also has compartments for the storage of several sizes of the konseals(cachets) The hardwood box measures 17 1/4" x 10" x 2 1/4" The detailed information is inside the lid. Embossed on the back, Harris Bros. Filling Station. The paint around the inside of the coin slot is undisturbed, so it’s likely the bank was never used, or used rarely and carefully. Painted on the bottom; unsigned. The back and front can probably be aligned more perfectly, but I can’t budge the screw in the back, because the slot is a little flattened. This is a great IGA PORCELAIN SIGN. It has bright crisp vibrant colors in Cobalt Blue. Fire Engine Red, and Saddle Tan and the colors just pop on this, it is quite breath taking to say the least! The sign is 16 feet long and 24 inches tall. It comes apart in to(2) 5 FOOT SECTIONS and(1) 6 FOOT SECTION. The sign has a day one shine as you can see in the pictures and the letters are bolted on and give it a 3d effect. This is a nice old metal sign is from around the 1950s! It is about 17 1/2" across and 9 1/2" tall. Says GoodYear Fan Belts Hose and has the winged foot logo. Says HCC Made in U.S.A.
