This listing is for a 3M model 2000 AG Portable Overhead Projector. This unit does function and is overall in good condition considering its age yet it does have a few imperfections. The reflector sheet has some scratches yet still functions perfectly. The inside of the projector does have an old electronic smell to it. I did clean the unit carefully yet was unable to fully eliminate the odor. In addition the bottom of the overhead has some old tape residue on it. I attempted to remove some of it. Yet stopped to prevent any real cosmetic damage. The sides of the case and especially the corners are cosmetically worn and scratched a fair amount. The overhead functions perfectly. It has a green and beige. Metal body. The clear panel under the lid is marked"C. Beseler Co. 1968" The"head" lamp adjusts up and down. The lights and fan turn on and work well. The fan remains running even once it has been powered down, until it is sufficiently cool. Condition: It has handwritten school markings. Sticker glue, and some scratches and rust on the body. The plug on the electric cord is not original and the ground has been broken or cut off. The"head" lamp is a little crooked and the mirror inside is scratched and not in perfect condition. RARE Vintage 3M 5-088 Portable Overhead Projector
This is a very unique opportunity to purchase a very rare and working over head projector. This is from 1980 and has been hardly used and still works great. This comes in a hard plastic case that sits 20x17x7 inches in size. Both clasps work and there is a handle and stands up right. Once opened their is the projector that has a projector head that folds down to stay compacted. This folds up. Automatically locks into place and turns on great. The transparency slate has its own projected compartment within the case. All original paperwork is included and this works great. This is very very rare and be yours for less than 15 dollars.
