Exhibits signs of very light use generally. Item functions as designed. All lights work as designed. Power switch and selector dial are good. Calibration adjustments work and function as designed. I was not able to test the external lamp plug. Input or output jack. Power cord is good, no splits or bad spots. Case is in very good condtion also, except for a cracked plastic handle locking slide(does not affect function) User manual included. This is a small flash lamp assembly that was from a high speed strobe lamp(general radio strobotach) It has a nearly unused EG&G tube in a socket assembly with balancing inductors and the triggering coil. The module has been tested and works very well. Wiring is Big red wire: Flash tube Cathode: V+300 to 700V; Black wire: Flash tube Cathode V- Brown wire: Trigger coil 1 White wire trigger coil 2. Trigger coil needs 250 to 600V at 0.6uf to work well.If you need a truely hight speed camera or machine vision strobe here you go! VHF and Microwave Phase Locked Oscillators - NICE for Ham Radio Experimenters
Nice Pair of RF Frequency synthesizers from defunct STS earth station satellite up/down converters. The first unit is a CTI(Now Herley) P/N# VFSR-1203-1 REV A multiple PLL frequency synthesizer that generates a RF frequency output of 98– 112MHz with a smallest step size of 125KHz. It operates on 5Vdc and 24Vdc and requires an external 5MHz reference signal. This 98– 112MHz RF signal is fed to the reference input of the second unit. Which is a CTI(now Herley) P/N# A-5349-1 cavity stabilized, phase locked frequency synthesizer that operates on 24Vdc. The RF output frequency range of this synthesizer is 4.750– 5.360GHz and the output frequency tracks the reference input. I believe the output frequency is 48 times the reference input signal of this unit(i.e. 99MHz Ref = 4.752GHz RF Output) but I am not positive that this is the correct multiple. ... moreA mechanical outline data sheet with power/ control pin-out connections IS included for the 98-112MHz Synthesizer. The other Synthesizer’s connections are marked and should be self-explanatory. All RF input and outputs are SMA-Female on these 2 units. Sage Labs 748 Quadrature Hybrid -90° 3dB 62.5-125 MHz FM Radio Band! Narda type
This is a Sage Laboratories military grade-90° 3 dB hybrid coupler rated for use between 62.5 and 125 MHz. Perfect for use as a 1 kW hybrid quadrature combiner for the FM radio band! I know the service history of this item very well and it came from an amplifier drive stage from a prototype CH 6 TV transmitter which never left the factory and the parts went back into stock. So even though these are really new with barely any use I cannot list it that way. As you can see from the pictures. This unit is also in good physical condition. Some of the other units have some slight scratches but all of them will meet specifications such as this one shows in the spectrum analyzer pictures. The picture with the flatline is the input signal to the input port from the sweep generator. The others are as labeled in the bottom of the picture except ... morefor the one which shows both the coupled port and direct port outputs simultaneously to show it meets the 1 dB specification between output ports The datasheet picture shows the specifications for the particular series of these type of hybrid couplers. However this one is not listed on the Sage data sheet as it was a custom manufactured unit which operated below the frequencies of the unit listed on the top of the specification sheet, the 749 hybrid.
