A Victor cutting torch. We believe this to be a machine track barrel torch. This thing is about 15" long. It has a tag that has Victor Cutting Torch on it but can only make out a?T-20? in the model area. There is some kind of tool hooked to it that has Bug•O systems with Bug-2030. Looks like some degree angle adjustment on the side. The knob that controls the movement from top to bottom of the barrel is broken but still works. It is in used condition.
