I am not exactly sure what this is. But I believe it is a metal shear as I cut some metal with it a couple times. It may or maynot have been used in doing banding in a commercial shop. You please look close and you be the judge as I'm saying up front I am NOT SURE what it is. It has Signode Corp. Chicago, IL on the side of the handle. It is heavy and has long arms that allows you to cut metal with ease and not much muscle power. It does look like the handles have been welded in a couple places to strengthen it I guess. The tool is about 24" long and approximately 3" high. I will ship anywhere in the continental USA for $20. To rotated top of Handle 17" High to Center curved Top 6 1/2" Depth of'Surface bed w/o inserted oblong tabletop surface' 19 1/2" Wide. Capacity of metal sheet on surface bed, to cutters Table has been taken apart to make it easier to transport. Now composed of 4 parts: Slitter. Tabletop, and 2 legs. Just the cutter top alone.
