We've got a set lot of 50 different CNC/lathe/router bits. Of varying sizes and applications. We aren't machinists here. But to the best of our estimating abilities, these bits and burrs seem to be in good shape, the bit heads themselves don't seem to be very worn, but some of the larger pieces do have some rust on them(see pictures) Many items we sell are vintage and used. We spend a lot of time hunting down unique items. So we don't always have time to dust, clean, launder, smell, or polish everything.
