Binding is still intact but there is some moderate spine wear with one small 3/4" piece of the paper missing. There is also a couple areas of chipped page corner loss as well( see second picture) It appears the book has been hole punched on the upper left corner of the book as visible in the first picture. There is some light discoloration and soiling areas to some of the outer page ends throughout the book. Not too effecting.
