This is a Prestige Medical Professional Blood Pressure Set. Model number 682. It is navy blue. But it is so dark it look almost black to me. It is adult size and says that it fits ranges from 25.4 to 40.6 inches. I bought this blood pressure set new around 14 years ago and only used it for a few minutes.
