Wonderful bookends depicting the bust of William Shakespear in a decorative archway. Nice'stache. Bill. Cast iron(yes. A magnet sticks) by Bradley Hubbard, their logo clearly incised in the backs. Further evidence of BH manufacture is the little rubber feet in the corners of the bottoms. To my knowledge, only Bradley Hubbard did that(similar to their putting rubber bumpers on the backs of their doorstops) Circa 1925. Condition is excellent. Finish is original and has aged to a lovely chocolate-bronze patina. 6 1/4 inches tall; 4 7/8 inches wide; 2 1/2 inches deep. And heavy at 3 1/4 pounds EACH PIECE. Very rare Beastie Boys shirt. I've yet to see another one since the day I got it at a small show in New Brunswick. NJ in 1992. Yes I bought this myself. I wore it a bunch as a kid. And the stains will reflect that. If you bleach them, you may be able to get them out. It is a white shirt. Most of the stains are at the bottom of the shirt in front, prob from eating a lot of ice cream in bed. A little armpit stain, again looks like it could be treated. I cannot find any rips. Holes, or tears in this shirt. Still seems to have lots of life left. Great for some hollywood celeb who needs to stand out on TMZ, or maybe the trustfund college kid who needs to be BMOC.
