It saw limited use but a hinge crack developed. Because of this. We would set the lid off to the side rather than using it as a backrest. The crack does not prevent the lid from staying attached when stored. Includes 3"wag" bags. Additional bags can be purchased at most sporting good stores but we bought this unit at REI. I personally think this is the best way to go for dry camping and it took up a very small footprint in our camper. Canvas bag is dated 1941- both were found together- I'd imagine the denim bag is from the same time period. Denim- a 1 ½" hand stitched repair- not the best job- easily mended by machine w a denim patch at the interior. Both grommets are free at the outer layer- see photo. 1 small pull- this is not a hole. This lot is for the 2 grain/feed bags in the photo. Both are made of heavy canvas. Not burlap. Most all of the few dates that I can find on any of the bags are from the 1930's and 1940's. Dimensions of most bags are around 20 inches by 4 feet. Many bags in these lettered lots, but NOT all, also have the Bemis logo on the reverse side too. My"lot letters" in the photos are written on clear tape and not on the bags! FOR EVERY 5 LOTS OF THESE DOUBLE BAGS THAT YOU WIN, I WILL INCLUDE AN EXTRA BAG OF MY CHOICE FOR FREE!
