I tried to take enough pictures for you to see more about it. I hope they help and not confuse you. Any how. It has phones from 1876 to 1967. liquid, butterstamp, desk set, magneto wall set ericofon. Thereare no chips or cracks, but some scratches and marks, but the graphics look great. I will be starting this item out low to give eveyone a chance. I am not sure that the white vase and clear pencil holder are original to the piece-the pencil holder is marked Japan on the bottom- however they fit perfectly in their spots. There is a chip on the bottom edge of the amber part on one side- shown in my second to last photo, and a chip in the pencil holder. antique SIGN MAKERS DESK w STENCIL SET Pokorny STENCILING APPARATUS
Offered without reserve is a very unique old antique Stencil or sign makers desk with accessories from an estate. The desk measures approx. 30" long. 13" wide and 6" tall, it retains it's original old paint, I think it would date to somewhere near the turn of the century, circa 1900. The desk has a spring loaded straight edge clamp piece that runs across the top that I think is used to hold the stencils in place while making the signs. The clamp is raised by depressing the nickel brass levers on each end, it lifts up so the stencil can be placed with the work beneath clamped into position. It also has a rectangular groove cut into the to of the desk that a wooden square fits into, it will slide from side to side and I think that it is used to keep things in line with the proper spacing. There is a small wooden drawer on ... morethe right hand side that contains various jars of ink and paints and ink tablets(they are dry) there are also brushes and other various doo-dads as shown in the pictures. There is a large drawer on the front of the desk that contains dozens and dozens of lettering stencils of various sizes and font types, some of the stencils in the bottom of the drawer have mouse chewing on the corners but most look very good. Some of the extra stencils included are shaped like crowns, houses, flowers etc. there are many stencils in this drawer. This is a very unique unit for making signs etc. one paper states that it is a Pokorny Stenciling apparatus made by the National Sign and Stencil co. hopefully someone can put it to good use.No Reserve! have fun bidding! Antique/Vintage Jade Desk Set From Gump's-Hong Kong!
This is such a cool Antique Desk Set with a Carved Jade Magnifying Glass and Carved Jade Letter Opener. Signed Gump's Hong Kong! This set is in great condition for it's age! The Jade Handles are carved from a Beautiful, Deep, Bright Green with some Black Inclusions! The metal is Gold toned with some rainbows evident. These do not appear to be brass, but could have some copper content? However, this metal has NO Magnetic Properties! Regardless, the metal surrounding the Jade handles is eloquently engraved with flowers and leaves encircling the base on both pieces. Right above the base on each is where the maker's mark Gump's with Hong Kong below is located! The Magnifying Glass is very strong and works like my jeweler's loupe, enlarging difficult to see objects and/or writing. The Letter Opener is entirely made of the gold ... moretoned metal, until the Carved Jade Handle. Both pieces are in a light Gold/Yellow Case that is made to fit these two objects! The case is lovely with Embroidered Flowers adding nice details! The Case measures 6 inches long, 3 3/4 inches wide, and is 1/16 of an inch thick, but expands to allow the other pieces to fit inside. The Magnifying Glass 5 1/2 inches long, 2 1/2 inches at the widest, and is 6/16 inch thick. The actual Glass is 2 1/2 inches in diameter. The Letter Opener is about 5 1/2 inches long, 11/16 inch wide, and 1/4 to 6/16 inch thick. The Carved Jade Handles are about 2 1/4 inches long, 11/16 inch wide, and 1/4 to 6/16 inch thick. There is no major damage, breaks, or repairs evident on these. The only"issues" are a very small dent-visible only in the light-on the metal on the Magnifying Glass and some discoloration to the metal, but I think it looks pretty! The same is evident on the metal of the Letter Opener, and there is what appears to be a tiny scratch at the very tip of the opener. Western Electric 500 Desk Set in GREY
I have been told that this is a pretty hard color to come by. But I am not sure why. This is a 500 set made by Western Electric. It was pretty dirty when I found it. Most of the grime came off and I think a little more rubbing should produce even better results. There are no cracks or chips to the body or handset. There is a little damage to the modular receptacle in the back but I would think that could be replaced. There is a small nick on the top of the back ear of the phone and some marks on the front corners that may or may not buff out. I don't usually deal with these model phones and I do not want to cause any damage to it. More pictures are available on request. I plugged the phone is and it did work just fine. I was able dial out and receive calls on it and even the bells rang when called. Antique Art Nouveau Metal With Glass Desk Inkwell Set
Nice old antique large and heavy dark patina aged metal Art Nouveau style desk inkwell. Metal is brass colored and it has a Sensbush Ink Well Company Milwaukee. Wisconsin original inkwell glass insert. Top of insert is well aged and has wear but is still intact as is the glass. Metal holder is intact and unpolished. Its quit a nice old set. It is 11" across its length and it weighs 5 1/2 pounds before packing. There are some marks on the underside of the metal but I can't make out the name or the manufacture name of the metal holder. Just in from an old estate.

ANTIQUE BRONZE CLOCK & HOLSTERIC BAROMETER DESK SET - HARDY/HAYES & PHBN MAKERS
Bronze“Hardy& Hayes Co. Clock and“PHBN” Barometer Desk Set Description: Recently. I was helping a widow clean out her deceased husband’s workshop. It was actually his amazing collection of Antique American tools I was there to buy. But. Behind a bunch of manuals I found a dilapidated box with this amazing Bronze piece inside. This item is a side by side Clock and Holsteric Barometer Desk Set. The clock is made by HARDY& HAYES of Pittsburg and the Barometer to the left of the clock is made by PHBN( Naudet Pertuis Hulot Barometres) of France. Both barometer and clock are seated in a bronze case on a solid bronze base with(4) balled feet. This item measures 6 ¾” long x 2 ¼” wide and weighs 7 pounds. Normally. I would NEVER mess around with any precision pieces especially antique ones. But. In this case I felt confident enough(rightfully ... moreso) to unscrew the back plate of each piece. It turns out that is the proper thing to do anyways. Behind the clock is where it is wound and set. Behind the Barometer there are no controls anyways. The underside base of this piece is very interesting. The underside base plate is made of wood. It is held on by two screws with leather washers. There is a serial# that is professionally stamped into the wood and a date that is obviously hand etched into the wood. The date is“5-11-53” Obviously. This piece is probably 20-30 years old than 1953 so I am guessing that the date is probably when this piece was serviced last. I’ve seen other precision instruments of various sorts that have a crude“log” of service dates. I am sure my photos will best further describe this awesome piece. Condition: Well…where do I begin? Under the two removable back plates it is very clean. So. There are no issues with dirtiness. Both back plates screw on/off problem free. The threading is clean and not consistent. Currently. The clock is not active at all though. I do not know why it is not running. In the rear of the clock there are(3) controls. One is for moving the hands to set the time. One

Art Deco Desk Set Made From The copper Sheathing, Bolt & Timber Of HMS Victory
Well what an interesting set this is. Made in the clear cut lines of the Art Deco period, but of course, what makes this so interesting are the plaques to the front which read" Made from the original Timber and Copper Sheathing of H.M.S Victory" on the boxes and"Made from an Original Copper Bolt and Timber from H.M.S Victory" We believe this to be the case the copper bolt has a weight and heavy gauge that definitely support this statement. Two of the plaques have been cleaned(not by us) and the third has not retaining its original patina. The two copper rings remove to reveal little velvet pads, a nice touch and obviously lovingly crafted. How often do you see something that is both beautifully made and so unusual. The dimensions are approx. 10" across for each item, but I will update this with exact measurements ... morelater on. No damage I have photographed the side of the piece with the copper bolt as it has a natural Burr in the wood from the timber, which is quite beautiful and a natural inclusion of wood. 1903 SILVER & EBONY WOOD TRAY DRESSING TABLE DESK VANITY SET SOLID WOOD ANTIQUE
DESCRIPTION: Ebony wood triangular tray with silver embellishment. Measures 7.75 inches at widest. Stamped'REAL EBONY' to the base. Silver has a vacant cartouche surrounded with decorative engravings, hallmarked Birmingham, maker J.S&Co, I believe the date is 1905 but do look for yourself. This extremely slow growing hardwood was imported from British India and was a popular vanity set material with both men and women from around the turn of the century to the mid 1920s. When the timber became too rare and expensive to be economically viable. These ebony relics of the period have been highly prized ever since. CONDITION: The silver is a little rubbed and there is a nick to one corner. The ebony is in perfect condition with no chips or cracks. It has a very high polish. Great Mid Century miniature roulette wheel desk set! This miniature"roulette wheel" spins with the twist of the handle on the top. It works and is in great condition! The metal plate on top has an engraving of a gentleman's name(see picture) The pen does not work; I don't know if the cartridge could be replaced.
