For some reason the previous owner disconnected that and wired it with a very simple 3 axes control. Up and down buttons and the two other axes have forward and reverse. The vertical movement is hydraulic and the other two are electricly powered. The hydraulic powered lift is adjustable for speed. The other two are fixed. The company was shut down so there was know one to ask why they changed it. I got the controller. Cables, foot pedals. it looks like its all there. They just disconnected. The wires for it and hooked up the new ones. I called the manufacturer and asked them to send me the wiring diagram. It works perfect as it is. Maybe they just wanted something simple to operate.
