This is a Prostar/ Bernard MIG gun for a Miller welder. It is a 10 foot length with a 150 amp capacity. These guns are far superior to a OEM Miller gun. Nice used Lightning brand mig gun. Same as tweco. 15 ft cord. Uses.035 wire and is 400 amp. They are still in business(Bradenton. Florida) and parts are still available. I picked 2 of these cords up at the local swap meet. Research the web. Part# LT4015-35. Their website gives a break down of what the part#s mean. I plugged this into my lincoln and hit the trigger and it turned on welder. So Im selling it as a good used mig gun. This is as much as I can test it. Miller MIG Welding Gun GA-21C, 15', 200 Amp
This 15' MIG gun was removed from my Millermatic 250. I put a new.045 liner. Nozzle insulator and contact tip adapter in it when I bought the welder(used) about a year ago. It probably has had less than 200 feet of wire run through it since. It is in good serviceable condition but there are a few blemishes on the rubber housing and a burn mark on one side of the handle(see pictures) Payment by PayPal only. This is a used Bernard 300 amp Mig gun that works fine. This gun just had a new trigger assembly installed a couple days ago and everything is good to go. The gun has an.045 liner installed with a.035 tapered tip and tapered nozzle. This gun was mounted to a Miller 22A wire feeder. This gun has been used and certainly shows signs of wear and age but it works fine. The rubber sleeve does not have any tape. Tares, or burn throughs. New retail is $450.00 for this gun.
