Biro Sir Steak Pro-9 Commercial Meat Tenderizer Butcher Steak Chicken Cutter
You are bidding on a Biro/ Sir Steak Model Pro-9 commercial meat tenderizer. This machine came from a working environment; however. I noticed a small problem when trying to test it out personally. I read through the manual as best I could and assembled the blades and combs in the cradle and installed the cradle in the machine. When I turn the machine on, the rear blade turns fine, but the front blade only turns sporadically almost as if there might be one tooth slightly bent that it is getting caught on. I looked over the front blade but with so many teeth, I can’t see where the problem might be. Again, this blade does spin sometimes, but not all of the time so there is a problem somewhere. If you are familiar with this type of machine, it might be a very easy fix for you. Unfortunately, I have never used one of these before so can only guess ... moreas to what the problem might be. Biro pro 9 meat tenderizer sold for parts or repair. Machine will not start and I am not knowledgeable on these. I took off the screws on the top so you can see how clean the motor and transmission are. Looks like the toggle switch was repaired in the past as there is silicone substance( at electrical connections. There are some normal light scratches to stainless-nothing excessive. Comes with blade set pictured. Update: a member has told me that machine will not work without cover for safety of user. And that there is a reed switch activated by cover-

BIRO SIR STEAK PRO 9 Meat Tenderizer Cuber Guaranteed Working
I have a used Biro Sir Steak meat tenderizer in working condition. It has a few issues from employee carelessness but still gets the job done. The safety cover was dropped and has to have a strip of tape to hold it in the correct position. Once the tape is there. It works great! Also the Tenderizer wheel was dropped and it bent a few of the blades. We were unable to bend them back in place so we just cut them off with a dremel tool. It fixed the problem and it works great now. I am offering this much cheaper than the $1000-$1500 cost of a used one without these issues. If you choose to replace these parts, replacements are easily obtainable. I have taken photos of all the issues. If you need any more let me know.
