Campagnolo Nuovo Record Seatpost 26.4mm Classic Road/Touring Micro-Adjustable
This seat post came off an early 80s Romet Super. And was likely original to that bike. It's in good, though not great, condition. The seat post is 26.4Ø, suitable for that French bike you're building. It has the typical scratches from insertion along the bottom 9cm, and a little bit of pitting in the lower reaches as well. The bolts and top clamps have a bit of rust as well, nothing that EvapoRust can't handle. The total length of the machined shaft is 18cm with the limit line 5.5cm from the bottom.
