Up for your consideration is a Target 14" masonry saw model#20TMG021772-1. It has a Baldor single phase. 3 h.p. 115/230 volt, 3450 rpm motor with a quick change dual voltage switch. The motor runs smoothly, and the pump works as it should. The table has numbers for measuring, and glides freely. It does have scratches, and has been repainted at some point. There is no blade included with this sale. Please ask any questions you might have. Make sure to look at the other tools that I currently have listed. This is a very nice PENHALL brick wet/ dry saw. It has a diamond blade and is ready to go to work as soon as it arrives at your place. Just fill it with water and start cutting. This has a 1 1/2 hp 110v or 220v motor. It is setup for 110 now. But you can rewire it to run on 220. You can easily add legs just by adding some square stock into the leg holders. This dual voltage saw is very similar to the MK dual voltage 1.5hp brick saw that retails for over $1500.00 Get a nice used one here for HALF price WITH a DIAMOND BLADE. I think it is a 14" blade, I will measure it the next time I get over to the storage building. Obviously. Since this is used, and cuts masonry products, it is dirty, and is not cosmetically perfect. Also, it is missing the cover to the electrical outlet. This issue free unit appears to have been used minimally during it's pampered past at a trade school. All pivoting joints are tight and all of the various bearings spin freely.
