The conditon is fair, and probably typical of something over 40 years old that spent time ratling around in a boat. It requires two 6-volt lantern batteries and has not been used for many years. The Schematic, and the Kit Builder's Guide to Installing part-proper soldering-resistor& capacitor codes. Items are preowned and in acceptable condition. They were pulled out of a dusty old house so- they do smell old and dusty but for the most part kept in good condition. Manual-The edges of the pages are beginning to yellow. Some pen marking(check marks/minor writing) from where owner was checking off parts etc. Page 15/16 has tape at the top and bottom of the page. In addition there is a"copied" page 16 in addition to the original in the book and that copy is what is taped. I noticed one staple puncture. Some brown spots around inside page edges ... moreand cover, and minor wear around cover edges. Folds on page edges. Minor wear around edges-From the back of the book in the picture you can see the back cover is bubbled up- there is no water stain I think it just from where it was damp/cold in that house.
