I have for sale a used DOSY TC3001-P 3 window meter. It has SWR/ RF POWER/ MODULATION. Cosmetically it is in nice shape and it did work pretty good when I removed it from my base station a couple months ago. I replaced the incadescent light bulbs inside with white LED's but must have been cheapo's as it's not as bright as they used to be. There is a switch on back to turn the lights on and off. Also there is a spot on back to plug in 12 volt power for the lights and I just ran the power off my 12 volt power strip. So I have no power pack for it. Well here is your chance! I have a Marconi 2305 AM/FM modulation meter that does all kinds of tricks. These sell here for 350 to 3000 most in unknown condition"does not work" This one I will tell you the exact condition I have another on my bench in full time use. This one is in some times running condition. Some days it starts and operates fine and then other days it will hang in boot-up. I have traced the problem to 5 volt supply being pulled to 3 volts by the divider board, I am assuming a bad cap. If the board is unplugged 5 volt supply returns to 5 volts and the system will boot. When the system does boot all functions are working correctly but are not calibrated exact due to the voltage fluctuating. Find the bad cap or what ever on the board and set the voltages +5-15 and +15 and then auto calibrate should take over. And you ... morewill have a great piece of test gear.
