Up for auction is a used 48" long Whelen EDGE 9000 series light bar. Featuring 6 strobes, Traffic Advisor, take down, and alley lights. Model# 9208TA. This bar is complete with no broken lenses- there are some scratches and scuff marks, but are all in serviceable condition. The top of the bar does have a few scratches, but these will be out of sight once mounted on a vehicle. Please refer to the pictures for more details on the condition of the item. This bar includes the mounting brackets. Mounting instructions can be found on Whelen's website) I do not have a control box. So I am unable to test the entire functionality of this bar. However. I have hooked this bar ... moreup to a spare battery and tested the lights: Everything works as intended; All six strobe lights function in all different modes, Take down and Alley lights work, Traffic Advisor arrows light up. The main cable plugs have been cut off the end of the wires. Up for bid is a nice Whelen Edge 10000 or more formally known as a B-Link lightbar. These require the use of the MPC01 control head and the optional BL627 amplifier to make the unit operate. It features a 2 wire'twisted pair' for serial control communications. The nice feather is that there is only a main power/ground cable and a very small(14ga. twisted pair cable that needs to be ran into the truck. This features 12 strobes. TD's, and alleys.
