I believe this to be a vintage scale model hit and miss engine that will pump the well handle and circulate water thru pump to barrel. It looks to be in great cond and everything turns smooth. I have not started the engine and also looks to have a couple wires going to the bottom of wood base that was previously hooked to a battery or capacitor.
