First thing listed are a woman's or child's pair of shackles. Lots of time people list these as cuffs. But they are actually shackles. They shackled all the slaves with these shackles then shackled them altogher. You can tell they were made for a woman or child do to the small size. This is the hardware I used to close and hang my mesh hay nets in my horse's stall. I hung them by threading the top openings through an anchor shackle with screw pin(See last photo for final result) and attaching a swivel snap to clip onto cross-tie hardware inside the stall. These anchor shackles(anchor bolts) are stainless steel with 3/8-inch screw pins. Recommended for safe use outdoors or with water. They are approximately 2-1/2-inches long and wide.
