There were part of a fill panel assembly that came with the compressor which I do not need because I already have one. The coalescing filter functioned perfectly when I ran the compressor. Fresh oil(Chemlube 751) and new filters; ready to go once you complete whatever air testing meets your needs. This requires 25amps@ 240 volt single phase. It uses a Weg 5HP motor. The filters are of the pack yourself kind to save money. Starter filter material is included. Includes one yoke fill whip. The total weight is about 120 lbs. Many people swap the electric out for gas powered engines, which could be done easily. Includes: Cart Manual(for a newer version. But most of the parts are seemingly interchangeable. The manual is in Italian) Service logs(from when I received it) Starter filter material(active carbon and molecular sieve) Features: 4 stage compressor- ... moreOil/Moisture separator on first and 4th stage. I do this same sort of operation by hand: Bring the system up to 2k pressure without a thank. Then blow off any extra air which may not have had ample dwell time in the filter material. Great for firefighters. Farmers with manure pits or silos, preppers waiting for the end of the world, or wherever you may not have good air to breath for a short amount of time. If you are looking at this, you probably know a lot more than I do. I believe this would have to be recertified to be filled commercially. If you have your own pump, perhaps you are good to go. I have never used this one nor any SCBA or anything similar. I am basing my description off of the unit and others that have sold. It look to be in good condition all over. The straps are sturdy and while showing some wear, not near the end by any means. The rubber is soft and pliable and the face mask makes a good seal over my face. Everything you can see looks like it is in good to very good condition. I don't see any dents, cuts, cracks etc. There is one piece of broken ... moreplastic inside the case. It is a thin divider that separates one area in back center from the rest. It really doesn't seem to matter for the function or safety of storing things inside. It is a Mako Bauer, arguably the best breathing air compressors. This one was originally sold under the Mako label. It is rated at 8cfm and 5000psi. It has auto shutoff set at 4400psi. and a regulated air fill system(black wire cage in picture) which can be locked to prevent unauthorized filling. It also has manual drain. The compressor has a new 7.5 hp electric motor rated at 50 amps, but I tested the system on a 40 amp breaker and it ran fine. This compressor is in good operating condition and I will guarantee it to be as described.

Ingersol Rand 4000PSI+ Breathing Air Compressor SCUBA, Paintball, SCBA Working!
Need to sell- we don't have room! This Ingersol Rand heavy-duty air compressor is from a time when things were built solid. Built tough, and built to last. She makes a lot of air and will fill 5 AL 80 scuba cylinders in about 20 minutes. We've taken her to 4000 PSI and have heard that 4500 PSI is not a problem for this tough compressor. Single-phase drive motor. 240 volts, needs 50 AMPS to start. Has 3 drive belts from motor to compressor. Belts are in good shape but need to be tightened. Air outlet is a 1/4" flare nipple but can be configured in any way you like. All threads are NPT. Gauge on the outlet reads about 200PSI low and should be replaced. Has a water cooled jacket system to cool the compressed air before the coalescer. One of the jacket tubes leaks. We attempted a repair and was reminded that we are SCUBA guys and ... morenot welders. It only effect the cooling of the compressed air and not the air itself. We planned on building a reroute cooling system to bypass this feature. There are 2 re-packable filter towers. We repacked one time and realized it's a real pain as filtration media is getting harder to find. We filtered downstream from these towers and didn't really use them. We used this compressor in our dive shop for about 2 years. We purchased a newer compressor that better suits our needs. A lot of air has been consumed out of this old workhorse and we never had a problem other than an occasional tripped breaker. There's really no way to ship this iron beast as we don't have a forklift or crane at our shop. We prefer you to pick it up but. If you're in the Southeast and there's good diving nearby we could be persuaded to deliver.
