Up for auction is a vintage MSK Japan 18" Friction Tin Litho FIRE TRUCK w/ 36" Ladder. I have cranked the ladder up and down with the elevation crank and it was willing to rise and fall with the crank handle. The ladder is also free to be moved from left to right. When cranking out the ladder you had to help it along by holding the drive shaft which is responsible for moving out the ladder and also had to hold the drive shaft to retract the ladder. The gears are not meshing unless you push the shaft while cranking the ladder extension handle. The friction motor is working when you push the trucks rear wheels. The front wheel do not turn. I have no idea if they should move or not. The fireman is missing one are and it also see there is a missing fire hose. There is paint missing on it's body and bottom of unit, some rust. Yet another amazing combination of a very rare serial number along with a very rare error. Almost impossible to get this combination. If you look very closely at the bottom left corner of the reverse side, you can see the locator line of the original sheet it got cut from is still partially on this bill. I think of it more as a printing error since the bill itself was cut at the correct size of margins but it was just printed on the wrong part of the sheet. It is series 2003. Thanks for looking!

It measures 4-1/2" tall x 1/2" wide x 1/8" thick an d 11 r ung ladder. On my postage scale it weighs.5 oz(1/2 oz. It appears the original color was orange. Most of the paint is worn off but some remains on the inner sides of uprights. Shipping is included in this great price. The condition issues are as follows, it is a played with toy, and has scratches, scuffs, right decal has totally faded, it is missing both side ladders, some paint loss on edges and corners, windshield has scratching, white ladder lift has a little discoloration. Lift ladder has extension option, and when handle is cranked, it will extend out. The extension ladder coils up into cylinder mounted at bottom of lift. It measures about 21 inches wide(hubcap to hubcap) 27 inches tall to the top of the ladder supports and 40 inches long not including the ladders. The tires measure about 8 inches in diameter. It features an open bench seat, heavy gauge steel steering wheel, steel spoke wheels with rubber tires, M" Mack decal on the front of the hood, Mack Bulldog decals on either side, yellow pinstriping, Steelcraft decal on the back of the seat, movable gear shift, headlights with plastic lens, removable oak ladders, adjustable pedals, rear standing platform, chrome hubcaps, working bell on the front(needs rope for ringing while driving) front licence plate, and painted louvered hood. 44 foot heavy duty Aluminum Extension Ladder This is a very heavy duty all aluminum ladder that I have had in my garage for years. I believe it to be a Werner. It is dirty. But in great condition. The only thing missing is the rope. I just cannot use it anymore. The wide section is 17 ¾“ wide and the narrow section is 16½“ wide and each section is 22 feet. The rails are 1” x 3” and 1” x 3.25” I-Beam construction. The rungs are heavy duty D shaped. I have no idea of value so please feel free to contact me with any offers or questions.
