It can be used on single or double action cylinders. It has an auxiliary control unit that allows you to mount it to your press. Making it much easier to use. The gauge can be moved from the main unit to the controller for added convenience. It is also equipped with an adjustable pressure cutoff switch to protect against damage to the system and cylinder or press. The pump unit can be placed well away from the press for a much quieter operation. I purchased this unit rebuilt in about 1988 as a spare for a press and never used it. Gates / Enerpac 1/2 hp portable 115 volt Hydraulic pump power unit. 7481-0034
You are bidding on a used Gates/ Enerpac 1/2 hp 115 volt Portable power unit Model 7481-0034. This unit is USED but in very good shape. I purchased it for a second unit awhile back and have never had any problem with it. There are abrasions on the unit and one cord for the remote switch has a cut on the outer casing so I wrapped it with electrical tape. One corner was scuffed on the oil tank(PLASTIC) when I purchased it and I had a plastic repair done to this corner and there is no leaks. I also applied RTV rubber to the corner just to protect it. This unit is in perfect running condition and has never let me down. I just changed out the oil in the unit with new aircraft hyro oil as this runs best in all seasons and I live were it gets cold. carolina hydraulic power unit with bosch pump
This is a Carolina hydraulic power unit. It includes a Bosch variable displacement pump and 10hp baldor 3ph motor. I have included photos of the information tags. But the one for the pump hard to read, specs are as follows. part: 0513600214 code: 0513r18c3vpv45sm21hyb05. V=2.8. Cu. in.rev: 45. Pmax: 3000psi. Sn: 881 62141 20122. This was taken from a working machine. The machine was replaced but this was working fine. It did sit outside for about a month before they released it. I cleaned it up, but there is a little surface rust on the outside of the pump. I would recommend cleaning out the tank(there is large access cover) or at least flushing it with something. I estimate the size of the tank to be around 50-60 gallons. The plug ends for the solenoid valves from the control box are damaged. I am not claiming any valves included with this, ... morebut I will include a few that were with it, since I don't know if they are any good I am not considering them part of the auction. I will send you pics/ specs for them if you ask. I do not believe any water got into the pump or tank as a result of being outside, but I don't guarantee it. It is sitting on a nice drainable containment tray in case of leaks. I will deliver this in my pickup pretty much anywhere in the Chicago area. Hydraulic Power Unit 115 Volts
This is a hydraulic power unit which was used on a hydraulics test bench. I do not know the specifications for the pump but the gauges on the test bench were 3000 psi. The motor is a single phase 1 1/2 horsepower and was wired for 115 volts. When I removed the unit from the test bench the reservoir was full of oil and I test run and everything seemed to be great however I am selling as is. As can be seen in the pictures the unit looks almost like new. There is a electrically operated valve on the discharge of the pump with the wires for hookup under the name plate. The reservoir has been drained of all oil so that the unit can be shipped. I am listing as local pickup but I will ship. Email me about shipping as there are several options. This power unit came off of an aircraft cargo loader we cut up for scrap. The 3-53 Detroit runs fine and seems to be in good shape. The Parker pump(model: TP20200 100C 1F3) is also in good shape. We test ran it here before we cut it up. It puts out about 20 GPM at 2000 PSI. We have had good luck selling these complete systems on Ebay in the past. Up for auction is very nice DAYTON 2 GPM power pack. It was purchased as new old stock and that was in fact the case. It was hooked up to a 1 HP electric motor and put out 1400 PSI at 1750 RPM. We needed more volume and pressure so this unit is up for auction. Please note no motor is included. The pump was disassembled prior to hookup for inspection. It is an extremely well made unit. The pump gear shafts ride on needle bearings on both ends. The pump intake has a very fine brass screen suction filter. The output housing is machined cast iron. The tank is 1.5 gal capacity and is aluminum. They don't make them like this anymore. This unit is obsolete according GRAINGER who sells the DAYTON line. However the pump works perfectly. The shaft size is 7/16 and will ship with the LOVEJOY 075 coupler. The ports are 3/8" NPT including the ... morebreather which is included but not shown in the photos. It is probably a Hurst or Amkus. Also, I have no idea what the HP is of the engine other than it is a Honda. Two hydraulic hose connections are included as shown. You can connect 2 tools at once, but must use the selector switch to either operate tool A or tool B one at a time. Approximate weight is 65 pounds, and overall size is about 15" by 16" by 13" This is a great, portable unit. Power unit has been fully tested and works great. We personally connected several tools to both hoses on the motor unit and everything works fine. I did test the pump with both Hurst and Amkus tools and had no problems. The hydraulic unit cranks easily ... moreand runs good. Equipment shows expected cosmetic wear from normal use.
