For sale is a very lightly used(only powered on a total of 3 times for less than 30 seconds each time) 2W 445nm blue laser diode module and power board. Includes manufacturer’s Buyer's Guide, manufacturer’s specification sheet, and one pair of 190nm-540nm Blue/Violet/Green laser light eye protection safety glasses. Module is in near perfect. Like new condition. As mentioned above, module was only powered on and tested very briefly, and has no scratches, nicks, wear or other blemishes. This is a lot of 4 high power microchip lasers made by Novalux. They make a 40 watts of power at 976nm in a 1. by 1 cm beam. The laser chips have a line of several 1-3 watt vertical cavity emitters and are pre-mounted on synthetic diamond heat spreader chips. They require 30-40A at about 2V. A very good heat sink, and an external output coupler to work properly. They were intended to be used with a frequency doubler to make blue light for some kind of research application. One of the chips is damaged, but the damage does not reach the laser chip so it may still be usable. I have lots of laser and other unique stuff for sale this week.

Potassium Niobate KNbO3 High Power SHG Laser Diode Crystal Optic Part 455nm
This is a potassium niobate crystal for early experiments with directly doubled laser diodes. It is designed for doubling 910nm laser diodes to make 455nm light. It should be usable to make beams a little bluer to 437nm or all the way to yellow green at 561nm. It would be a good doubler for Ti-sapphire. Alexandrite or similar lasers. The crystal is larger than others i've seen, being about 10x10x10mm. It has some laser damage but a 10x5 area is clear and usable. so any laser with a 4mm beam or smaller beam waist would work fine. One thing about KNbO3 is it is extremely temperature sensitive so a good TEC mounting is absolutely required to use it. This is a rare find, I have lots of laser and other unique stuff for sale this week.

Laser Photonics High Power Q-switched Nd:Yag Laser Burning Eye Surgery Module
This is a high powered q-switched Nd:Yag laser head. It was used in a laser that corrected glaucoma. In particular laser iridotomy. I tested this laser and it works fine. It needs about 600V and 30-100uf. It is internally triggered, so you will need to build a custom made flash lamp trigger/balance coil of 50 to 65 turns of copper wire(air core) with two turns of copper wire as the primary and a 0.1-3uf capacitor charged to 600V. I have a very nice 100uf 750V capacitor also listed that would work well with this unit. The laser outputs about 5mJ with 30uf at 650V. It was manufactured by EKSPLA in 2010. It operates at 1064 nm or 532 nm wavelengths. It outputs 1 J per pulse@532 nm. It runs at 5 Hz but can be adjusted to operate up to 9 Hz at a lower output(~0.5 J@ 532 nm) It produces a square pulse with under 200 psec rise time, a 3 nsec flat top and under 300 psec fall time. It requires external cooling but we are willing to supply the chiller at no additional cost. When new it cost us over $250,000. It is located in Livermore, CA.

Stalker LZ1 LIDAR Police Laser Radar Gun + Power Cord Handle
This is a Stalker LZ1 LIDAR Police Radar Gun system. This is an infrared laser unit. This particular unit was recently taken out of service due to department upgrades. The condition of the unit is good with scuffs. Scratches and marks from usage and storage. There are two dimples on the plastic overlay over the display, but they do not interfere with the usage or viewability of the unit in any way. The optics on the front of the unit are in excellent shape with no visual defects to report. This unit was manufactured in May 1998. The unit powers on perfectly. Passes the self test and the speaker works properly. All displays are bright and easy to read. All buttons and controls are in excellent working order. It also features a heads-up display that you can look through; through the display you can see the reticle along with information(range/speed) ... moreon the object your targeted on. The software version shows up as"A 1.8 SUP" when powered on holding the TEST button. I tested the unit out against several moving vehicles and was able to get speed& range readings very quickly. The unit locks on easily and provides almost instantaneous readings! If the object is coming towards you the speed is positive, away from you it's negative. Laser units do not work well through windows; it's recommended that you have a clear unobstructed view of your target for best results. The unit can be battery powered by purchasing battery handles& a charger from Stalker. This is a nice 808nm 1-2w laser diode in a heatsink/lens assembly. It is tested with 1.3A and burns stuff quite nicely. it went through anti-static foam almost instantly!You must limit the current to use this assembly. This is a pair of resonators for a 946nm Yag laser. It has the YVO4 optical crystals and the OC mirror. It needs to be pumped with a few watts to work. It makes about 50mw or so of output with 3 watts in. It comes on a nifty aluminum mounting with a thermistor feedback. If you need this odd wavelength YVO4 DPSS laser. This is what you want. This is a 500mw green DPSS crystal assembly. It is new in it's original gel pack box made by crystal laser for VLOC. These crystal assemblies are unique as there is no glue to burn up allowing you to pump them hard. It comes complete with indium thermal gasket material! These would be ideal for someone wanting to build a light show laser on the cheap. Pump with up to 5W of 808nm for 1/2 watt output in green light. Shown is one of these crystals mounted on some aluminum L rail installed and being pumped with the guts of an old BW TEK 10mw blue DPSS laser. This is an XeCl and Nitrogen Laser UV mirror in a Newport laser optics mounting. It is just under an inch in usable diameter. And the mounting is 2x2 inches with the typical fine threads. High Power Burning Cutting Gold Industrial Coherent Laser Diode & Collimator 25W
This is my LAST ONE! It is a high power gold laser diodes that was in a miniature precision welding machine. I upgraded to the 50W version. So this part is no longer needed. It fits the Optec Mini 2000-25w precision microwelder. 25W at 835nm. It is a used good spare. It takes about 2.3V at 25A to operate and makes an industrial strength burning laser beam out of the lens on the end. The lens is removable to use on other similar laser diodes. These lasers are very hard to find with the lens still attached. See my other listing for the laser delivery fiber optic cable for the remote version. This is the lens used in a high end dpss laser to collimate a 5W pump diode. It could be used with emitters of up to 10W of actual power. Possibly higher, but the lens input diameter is the real limiting factor to power input. The input side is 6.5mm, and the FL is about 3mm. It also has been tested to work very well with high power red laser diodes too. The optical elements in this one were OEM'ed by Coherent, so this is an extreme quality optic! This is a 15mm by 8mm thick Brewster angle prism used to separate the beams of a 1064nm YAG from the concurrent 532nm beam. This was originally to be used in some sort of very expensive DPSS type laser. The dot indicates the coated side that faces the laser source. These prisms are highly refractive and easily used to separate other light sources too. They work well for separating the laser lines of an argon laser or building a spectroscope too.
