Lightwave Electronics Laser Diode with Driver and Power
Up for sale is a used Lightwave Electronics Laser(I'm assuming because I didn't open it up to look and it's still sealed) With driver and power supply. The tricky thing about this is that the key was broken off inside of the key slot and it's set to off. It was like this when I got it. Except set to Standby and headed in the off direction(it was like midway between) so when I got the tweezers to try and pinch it out it slid its way to off. Now. Before that, I had to rerun the wiring to the power supply because in the key breaking incident there also occurred a wire cutting one. I don't know how the freight shippers that delivered the original Quanta Ray unit to me(that this was pulled from) managed to do it, but I guess something came down right at that spot and snagged both. Anyways. So I resoldered, reconnected, secured ... moreand even put flex cable over the wire to get the unit back in the game. I plugged it in and got the Standby light, then it went to Off. I of course wasn't paying attention to the connections as I unplugged them. And so the buyer will need to figure out or do some trial and error to get them reconnected. They are all two pin female to male connections and I don't understand the circuit board enough to gamble on reconnecting it. So. With all of that being said, if there are issues with the unit you are welcome to return it for a refund. a small he ne laser. Homebrew laser power supply utilizing MOSFET or similar. Great to learn about running lasers. Works nice. A nice tight beam. Not sure what kind of power the flyback is supplying. It likely could power a larger laser. Requires a 12 volt source or perhaps 24 volts. Its pretty straitforward to operate. Sometimes the oscillator is not getting fed into the power transitor.But if you jostle the wires a little it will start up. to me its much better than some cheap semiconductor laser. The beam is naturally very tight.

Coherent 561nm Yellow Green Nd:Yag KTP Laser Crystal Optic Rare High Power
LAST ONE! This is a SHG crystal KTP for up to ONE WATT of yellow-green Nd:YAG laser light at 561nm. This wavelength is used in certain biomedical applications and is very close to the human visual peak at 555nm. The color would be very nice and exotic to use for laser light show uses. This KTP crystal is extremely expensive and almost impossible to find. You need to supply the Nd:Yag. And the cavity OC and HR optic mirrors, but they should be easily found from large DPSS optic suppliers. Even low power 561nm lasers sell for over 3 grand, so getting these parts may be a good option for a university lab that needs this wavelength. Coherent 3 Watt Red IR Laser Diode Glass Collimator Lens Optic Lot 2x High Power
These are extremely high precision glass collimator lenses for use with lasers up to 1 watt of red. Or 3 watts of IR at 808nm. These lenses are about 5mm in diameter and about 3mm FL. They are ideal for the first optic in the collimation system for higher power C-mount laser diodes due to their short focal length allowing you to gather most of the light.
