The helmet includes the headpiece inside as well as the leather chin strap. The helmet is a 6 1/2-7 1/2 which I believe is a medium. The helmet is in amazing condition. There is a couple small yellow paint splatters. And some red near where the FD was painted on. The helmet just got a good cleaning and polish. It really shines. This is a great vintage find. This would make a great addition to anyone's collection or as a fun conversation piece in the"Man Cave" If you have any questions regarding this item please do not hesitate to ask.
