All of these helmets are extremely dirty a few have some type of black substance on them it isn't a lot but once you get it on your hands it is hard to get it back off your hands. Each of the helmets ... morestill has its shield. The shields are extremely dirty just like the rest of the helmet is and there is some scraps and black stuff on alot of them as well. The insides of the helmets are a little different because some of them still have the lining that would be normal for the helmets and some of them are missing pretty much all of the lining except for the straps. Some of these helmets have a white sticker with black lettering that states these helmets are made by the Federal Signal corporation our of Blue Island. Illinois U.S.A. And that they are MODEL FH2 SERIES A3 and are a size C and are adjustable. A few of the helmets have lot all of their tags on the inside but since they are the same shape and everything I am guessing they are the same model number as the helmets that still have their stickers on the inside. On the outside of these helmets besides all of the dirt they are stickers all over each helmet some of them are the reflective type of stickers and a few of the helmets have stickers that say Cuba on them since that is the name of the small town in Illinois where these helmets were previously used. This is a vintage Federal Sign& Signal Model CP25 fire truck horn.It is in used but good condition with most of it's chrome in good condition. Has a few specks but they should polish out. It has a tiny dent on one side. I was told it works but I have not tried it myself. It is a large heavy horn a little over ten inches long and a little over eight inches wide. Up for sale is a federal signal SMC5 control unit and SML8-50 8 position light bar for directing or warning traffic. This is the 50 watt halogen model and is VERY bright. The control unit does not come with the plugs as I can't find them. But they are readily available on the Internet or you can make some plugs from crimp terminals from radio shack. However if I do find them before it sells I will be sure to include them. The light bar side has a 3 ft tail of wire for splicing into a vehicle or mock up wire harness. Absolutely Beautiful Used Federal Sign& Signal Model Q2B Vintage Fire Truck Siren 12 Volt with Brake. Serial Number 2D26E79. This siren has a NEW 3 bolt chromed Brass base, Super nice orginal Federal rear cone, and one of our New replacement Badges. Works great starts right up and winds out very loud with that unmistakable Q siren roar the brake also works as it should. Base is 3 bolt holes for mounting to a flat surface. Rear cone has some typical very light swirls but NO dents. The front grill has a couple very small marks. In well above average condition for a used Q absolutely NO corrosion on rotor housing like some get, look closely at the pictures and enlarge them it's condition speaks for itself. Great for your restoration of that vintage Fire Truck. You will have a very hard time finding a used"Q" nicer than this ... moreone.
